Order & Backoffice Specialist

You won’t “just” handle orders — you’ll serve as a central interface between customers, logistics, and internal departments, helping ensure that everything runs with precision.

What you’ll do

Control and monitoring of the entire ordering process in coordination with all departments involved

Independent order processing from quotation to delivery

Deadline tracking and professional, solution-oriented communication with customers and logistics partners

Maintenance and management of order and master data in our Microsoft Business Central ERP system

Back office support and collaboration on cross-departmental projects, depending on your interests and strengths
Who You are

Completed commercial training such as HAK, HBLA, LAP or similar

Experience in a comparable role in a manufacturing company Good project management skills
