ROVO is Mattro’s electric robot UGV platform, engineered for agility, speed, and seamless system integration. Designed as a scalable foundation for OEMs and technology providers, ROVO supports a wide range of defense, industrial, and civil applications from transport and logistics to autonomous mission systems.

The Crawler builds on Mattro’s proven electric drive and in-house battery technology, optimized for applications where payload, stability, and compact dimensions matter most. With a width as narrow as 80 cm, Crawler is designed for confined spaces while maintaining exceptional off-road capability.

Its low center of gravity and payload-optimized track system make it ideal for industrial inspection, firefighting, disaster response, and indoor where wheeled platforms reach their limits.

Battery systems for long missions

Mattro UGV platforms are engineered for demanding terrain and harsh operating conditions. Steep inclines, loose ground, snow, rubble, or debris — the tracked architecture ensures consistent traction and stability where wheeled systems reach their limits.

The large track contact area reduces ground pressure, enabling movement on soft terrain and snow while maintaining stability.

 

Environmental resilience extends to the energy system: vibration-resistant battery architecture and integrated battery heating ensure reliable performance even in low-temperature and mission-critical conditions.
